Types of Products
Bobbenco currently provides four types of products:
1) Board Games – jewellery based on retro playing pieces from board games i.e. Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, etc.
2) Dolls House – jewellery based on dolls house miniature items. These items are either ‘Food and Drink’ or ‘Objects’, i.e. Cake, Toaster, etc.
3) Robob – soft toy robots named “Robob” for children over 5 years old or adults, they come in different sizes and colours.
4) White Goods – soft toys based on common electrical items found in your house, for children over 5 years old or adults, with faces, i.e. TeeVee – a television, Toasty – a toaster.

Finding Products
There are two ways to find products on the Bobbenco website.
Firstly you can browse products by category. On the Bobbenco home page you can select the type of product you wish to look at by clicking the pictures – Dollshouse, Board Games, Robob or White Goods.
Once you have done this you can select a further category, for example you may click “Board Games” on the home page, and then you can choose from “Monopoly”, “Trivial Pursuit”, “Cluedo” or “Scrabble”.
Once you have selected the second category of product, the webpage will display all the different items available to purchase, for example, if you selected monopoly you will see products including “Monopoly House and Hotel Jewellery Set”.
To see details of the items you are browsing just click on the name or image of the product and you will be taken to the item page. To go back to the original list of items just click back on your browser.
The second way of finding products is to use the search box, located in the upper right hand side of the home page. Insert a word or a few words to indicate the type of product you are looking for. For example, if you are only interested in earrings, you may put the term “earrings” into the search box, and the website will display all earring products available. Another example would be if you wanted to search for a particular item such as “cake”. If you put the term “cake” into the search box the website will display all items that feature cake. You could search “cake earrings” and the website would then find only products featuring earrings that feature cake.
If you are having problems finding a product on the Bobbenco website then do not hesitate to
contact Bobben and she will do her best to find it for you. If a product you saw before no longer is on the website, it may not be made any more, but you can also contact Bobben and inquire about it and request it be remade.

Product Information/Detail
On the detailed item page you will see more information about the item.
You will see a main image of the product. If you put your cursor over the smaller images (but do not click) the big image will change to show you a different picture. To return to the original image just move your cursor off the images.
The text indicates the details of what the product is, including any information about quantity, sizes, materials and age recommendations for each product. If there is any information not included here that you wish to know please
contact Bobben.
The price of the items is listed here too, as well as the number of items that are available to purchase.

Selecting Products
If you find a product you would like to purchase you should add it to your “basket”. On the item description page you will see a drop down box (under the price) with “Quantity”. Select the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and then press the button underneath that says “Add to basket”. Please note that doing this does not mean you have bought, or have any obligation to buy, the item. You can change the quantity or delete the item at a later stage. Once you have added the product you will be taken to your “basket”. To continue shopping please click “Continue Shopping” at the bottom of your basket and you will return to the home page.

Basket
Your basket holds all the products you intend to buy until you are finished shopping and ready to pay for your items. There are several ways you can alter your basket contents. Firstly you may delete any item by pressing the “delete” button beside the appropriate item you no longer want to buy. If you wish to remove all your items at once you can press “Empty basket” on the bottom right of the page. To alter the quantity of an item change the figure in the box to what you want and press “update” below this box. Your total cost will change to show this. To continue shopping you can press “continue shopping” at any time.
To finish shopping and pay for your items you simply need to press “Buy Now” which is just above the “continue shopping” button.

Purchasing/Payment
To pay for your products ensure all your items are in your basket and click the “buy now” button.
Please note that Bobbenco accepts payment by many major credit or debit cards and by Paypal. Unfortunately other payment methods, such as cash or cheque, are not accepted.
Once you have clicked “Buy Now” you will be redirected to our secure payment provider. Do not worry that you have been transferred to our provider’s website (Paypal), it provides secure payments and protects you from credit card fraud on Bobbenco’s behalf. For more information on our payment provider please visit Paypal.co.uk.
You will see a webpage next that gives you an image showing you how to select the correct means of payment. Please read this and then click “Proceed” above or below the image to continue to our payment provider.
You will now see the payment provider webpage which will say “Bobbenco” at the top and list the items you are purchasing and the total cost. Your delivery cost will be added to this, for more information on delivery and delivery costs please click here.
If you wish to pay by credit/debit card please click the link “continue” which can be found above the images of the credit/debit cards accepted, on the bottom left of the page.
If you wish to pay by paypal please log in to paypal on the right of the page. You will then confirm your order and pay for it using your paypal account. Please follow the instructions on paypal. Once your payment has been made please click the link to return to the Bobbenco website.
If paying by credit or debit card you will be asked to insert your personal details including delivery address and then you will review your order and enter your card payment details. Once you have confirmed your payment and successfully paid you will be able to click a link to return to the Bobbenco website.
Once your payment has been received you should get a confirmation email from Paypal and one from Bobbenco confirming that your payment is received and giving you your order number.
If you are worried your payment has not happened, if you have not gotten your confirmation emails, or if you are unsure whether or not you have paid successfully, please
contact Bobben.
Your items will then be dispatched and shipped to you.

Delivery
Bobbenco ships items worldwide. Delivery costs are worked out based on your location and the number of items you are purchasing.

All our items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Post and Royal Mail AirMail.
Bobbenco dispatches items within one business day of receiving payment (this usually means that items will be posted the next business day after payment is received). If items are purchased on Saturday or Sunday items will be posted on the next business day – Monday. If purchased on a bank holiday items will be posted on the next business day.

Please note that Bobbenco cannot be held responsible for performance issues within royal mail. A receipt of postage will be obtained when your item is posted and will be available for proof of postage. Any further issue regarding delivery time should be directed at Royal Mail. We will do our best to insure your item reaches you as quickly as possible. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your item please
contact us and we will try to rectify the issue.
Bobbenco items are packaged well to avoid damage in transit.
